This is a three bedroom, double aspect apartment on the second floor of the popular Ginabelle 2 building, with a north facing balcony with views across Chamonix town to Brevent.

Second Floor: - The lounge area – boasts a large balcony looking towards the Brevent mountains and is well equipped with a two large sofas, TV with Euro satellite and a CD-player.
- The kitchen/dining area – has a large traditional wooden table to seat 8 and the kitchen area has 4 electric hobs, oven, fridge/freezer and washing machine. There is also a small breakfast bar/serving area.
- Bedroom 1 – is a double bedroom with double aspect windows looking towards The Aiguille du Midi, Mont Blanc, Les Bossons glacier and Le Brevent mountains. Has an ensuite shower and wash basin.
- Bedroom 2 – is a small twin bedroom, with northerly views towards the Brevent hills.
- Bedroom 3 – has two sets of bunk beds and a large wardrobe. The window offers southerly views over the Mont Blanc.
- The family bathroom – has a shower/bath, wash basin and WC.
There is also a separate WC off the main entrance hall.
There is storage space in the apartment with a wardrobe in the entrance hall, and wardrobes or sets of drawers in the bedrooms. For ski storage there is a cave in the basement. |
