This is a superb purpose built one bedroom apartment with a high build quality, offering luxury accommodation for 2-4 people.

The apartment is tastefully furnished and benefits from its own balcony offering fine views over the River L’Arve.

First Floor:
Lounge/dining area - is spacious with a double sofa bed as well as a dining table. It also has a TV with Euro satellite & a DVD player. The living room opens out to a small balcony overlooking the river L'Arve and up onto the Mont Blanc massif.

Kitchen area – is very modern and fully equipped with fridge/freezer compartment, a 4 ring hob, a built-in oven/microwave and a dishwasher.

Bedroom 1 – is a twin bedroom with plenty of built-in wardrobe space.

Family bathroom - has a bath with built-in shower, a large mirror and wash basin together with a washing machine.

There is also a separate WC.

The apartment is superbly placed in a quiet location, yet just metres from the gorgeous shops and restaurants of Chamonix

There is plenty of storage space in the apartment, with a set of wardrobes in the bedroom and hallway. For ski storage there is a ski locker in the basement.

There is also secure underground parking for one vehicle (please bear in mind a height restriction of approx. 2m).

Please note that whilst the overground parking area is closed due to nearby construction work, the allocated underground parking is unaffected.
