Chalet Abricot is situated in the Balcons 5 building offering excellent views across the valley, with good access to the skiing, just 25 metres (approx.) from the piste. These chalet apartments are at the top of the resort of Val Thorens, offering excellent views across the valley. The decor is typically alpine in style with spacious open living/dining areas, wood-burning stoves and satellite TV. All rooms enjoy the bonus of en suite facilities, most with their own Jacuzzi bath. Hand and bath towels are provided in all the Balcons chalets.

All our guests enjoy a welcome drink on arrival day and delicious freshly prepared 3 or 4 course menus 6 out of 7 nights. Our hosts have one well-earned night off when you are free to sample a local restaurant.
And don’t forget that all our chalets and chalet hotels offer FREE unlimited house wine with dinner until coffee.
Our chalet hosts are thoroughly trained and required to pass a food and hygiene certificate. We have a team of senior managers whose role is to ensure we deliver first class meals and service throughout the season.
We are happy to cater for most dietary requirements as long as we are notified at the time of booking. Please make sure this appears on your invoice otherwise we will not be able to plan our menus accordingly.

The Big Breakfast
We know this British institution is hard to beat, so NEW for this year we have added the option to upgrade your breakfast to a full fry-up! For just £20 per person you can feast on 2 sausages, 2 slices of bacon, eggs and one of either tomato, mushrooms or hash browns, on 5 of your 7 days.
The big breakfast is only for whole chalet bookings, but those in your party who prefer a lighter option can stick with the included breakfast.
Packed Lunches
If you've still got room for lunch after our Big Breakfast, we can help you avoid the queues and expensive mountain restaurants with a packed lunch, freshly made that morning by your chalet host. Available in ski chalets and chalet hotels for either 3 or 5 days. It includes a sandwich, piece of fruit, carton of juice, cereal bar and packet of crisps. Priced at £15 for 3 days and £25 for 5 days, who needs to worry about blowing the budget?
