First Floor: The lounge/dining area boasts views of the Brevent hills over the paved square adjacent to Rue Docteur Paccard. It has a large sofa and two comfortable chairs, a TV and DVD player, CD/stereo system and Euro satellite.

The kitchen area is a modern open-plan design, fully equipped with a fridge / freezer, built-in oven / microwave, a 4 ring hob and a dishwasher. The round dining table can comfortably seat four.

Bedroom 1: is a spacious room with a large double bed and plenty of built-in storage space.

Bedroom 2 is a twin room with a large built-in wardrobe.

The family bathroom is spacious with a bath and shower, a large wash basin and a toilet.

The shower room has a shower and wash basin.

The utility room has a washing machine and is the perfect area for drying your clothes.

There is also a separate WC

There is plenty of storage space in the apartment, with sets of drawers or wardrobes in the bedrooms. For ski storage there is a ski locker in the basement.

There is also secure underground parking for one vehicle (please bear in mind a height restriction of approximately 2 metres).
