Bedroom 1: Twin/double (11’2” x 18’8” – of which 8’8” is under eaves). Large south-facing room next to the sitting room, with en-suite bathroom and wc. French windows to wide balcony.
Bedroom 2: Twin/double (12’9” x 21’ – of which 11’ is under eaves) with en-suite bathroom and wc. Views of the Dôme mountain opposite, high above the main street and buildings.
Bedroom 3: Twin/double (8’7” x 15’6” – of which 9’ is under eaves). En-suite shower-room with large shower and basin. WC just outside in the hall. Same view as Bedroom 2.

Sitting-Dining Room: (16’6” x 13’) Lovely big, bright room, with several different areas – sofas around the fireplace, dining table opposite open-plan kitchen, another low sofa in an alcove (18’8” x 7’3”) next to the kitchen for quiet reading or DVD-viewing, and a picture window leading to the sunny south-facing balcony (22’ x 5’9”) giving views over the nursery slopes and up the Manchet valley.
