Chalet Hermine iis a large freestanding chalet for 12 guests, which is almost ski in ski out, has a wonderful jacuzzi and sauna
Inside, the chalet just oozes charm and sophistication and after going through an extensive refurbishing programme during the summer of 2013, it combines traditional style with superb design, so truly does provide the most wonderful warm, inviting and comfortable feel possible. There are 3 double bedrooms and 3 twin bedrooms all with ensuite. The super drawing room has a roaring central fireplace which can be enjoyed by everyone and which provides the most fantastic setting in which to enjoy champagne and canapes after a hard skiing day, or perhaps even after a strenuous shopping day making the most of all the chic shops and boutiques Courchevel 1850 has to offer.
And perhaps the most wonderful thing about Chalet Hermine is the beautiful south-facing balconies or perhaps the unbeatable jacuzzi and sauna that can be found on the Wellness Floor

f choosing the fully catered or part catered option, you will be assured of good home-cooked food prepared and served by our specially selected chalet hosts. We do not offer luxury items or haute cuisine, we serve good wholesome hearty food fit for anyone after a hard day on the slopes. Menus will be varied and may include local dishes as well as the more traditional UK favourites such as roasts, lasagne or casseroles.

We try to create an informal approach to breakfast and evening meals so that you can fully relax, unwind and enjoy your meals at your own pace at a time to suit your group. Fully Catered Holidays include:
•Champagne & Canapes on your first evening
•Cooked breakfasts (bacon, egg, tomato & mushrooms), fresh croissants & local bread with selection of jams, cereal, muesli, yoghurts, fresh fruit, filter coffee & tea (6 days – simple continental breakfast available on host day off)
