Has a superb atmosphere with a relaxed and Savoyarde ambiance. The Chamois d’Or has a superb atmosphere with a relaxed and Savoyarde ambiance. The airy dining room has a wall of picture windows offering superb views towards Solaise and the Manchet Valley, there is a small in house bar next to a huge open fireplace with comfortable settees, perfect for a pre dinner aperitif or nightcap or two!! Next door to the bar is the snug and tv room ideal for children and adults alike to play cards or board games, there is a tv and dvd player but bring your own dvd's.
The comfortable bedrooms are all individual in character and some of the nicest rooms are those with the most quirky features. All are ensuite, mostly twins but with the advantage of family suites and triple rooms providing a range of bedrooms to suit all needs.

Breakfast
Buffet selection of cereals, fresh fruit and yoghurts, freshly baked local bread and jams accompanied by fruit juices, tea and coffee. In addition there is a daily cooked option such as scrambled egg and tomato (not a full English!) served each day apart from the chalet staff day off and change over day. For the traditional skiers amongst you we can of course offer porridge on request!
Afternoon Tea
On your return from the slopes, discuss the day's skiing with your fellow guests whilst helping yourself to afternoon tea. Bread and jam and a slice (or two) of delicious home-made cake or biscuits should help keep hunger pangs at bay until dinner time.
Dinner
With the theme of a casual dinner party in mind, your chalet hosts serve a delicious 3 course meal at 8 p.m. giving you plenty of time to rest aching muscles and recuperate after your day skiing. House wine is available throughout dinner coffee to finish
