The original building was cleverly and sensitively extended in 1995 to form the New Chalet. Several refurbishments have been carried out in recent years to make this chalet an exceptionally comfortable and spacious holiday home. All the rooms are light and airy with a very Scandinavian feel. The living-room, unusually located on the top floor, gives guests the full benefit of its views over beautiful mountain scenery. Both the living-room and dining-room feature very flamboyant, yet traditional, wood-burning stoves. However, the chalet boasts an extremely efficient central heating system, so these Kachelöfen are for aesthetic purposes only.
