This large, 2 bedroom apartment, is situated on the Rue du Centre Sportif, and is perfectly located for those wanting to be close to shops and amenities.

The Medran and Savoleyres lift stations are less than a 5 minute bus ride away and the town centre shops and restaurants are a 5 minute stroll away.

The property is only a short distance from the kids club Les Schtrumpfs and the nursery slopes of Les Moulins

The free bus service stops 50m from the apartment, essential after a hard day skiing.

You enter the apartment and come into a large south west facing lounge, with an open fireplace, comfortable sofas a TV / Video and stereo. The large balcony and picture windows allow in lots of natural light making this room bright and cheery. There is a good sized dining area for 6-8 people. The kitchen is open plan and has everything you may need for a self catered holiday.

The master bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom has twin beds (can be set as a double or two singles). There is a large sofa bed in the lounge, providing additional sleeping for 2 people.

The bathroom includes a shower, bath and WC and there is also a separate WC off the hallway

The apartment is only a short walk from the free carpark and there is parking outside the apartment for loading and unloading.

There are commercial sized laundry facilities and a secure entrance into the building.
