Beginners will enjoy the excellent ski school at Ramshead. Beginners are soon able to enjoy the myriad of novice trails that offer top to bottom runs and fantastic views from all seven mountain peaks. Intermediates will find two entire mountains designed just for cruising, revel in the miles of well groomed trails and broad wooded boulevards of the 'Needle's Eye' and 'South Ridge' or sample 'Jaggernaught', New England's longest intermediate thighburner. Advanced A veritable 'Black Diamond Mine'. The Canyon Quad chairlift, brings the excitement of runs like Downdraft, Double-Dipper, and Cascade. Your Crystal Ski Escort will also be able to show you to hidden treasures like Devil's Fiddle or the notorious mogul fields of the 'Outer Limits', as well as the recently introduced 'Fusion Zones'. Snowboarding Killington has an abundance of everything, rideable terrain, pipes, parks, great pistes and a superb lift system. Check out Bear Mountain and Ramshead for several parks and pipes of increasing difficulty. Take a lesson with the Board School - they have taught more people who have gone on to become instructors than anywhere else in the USA.

Après-ski In Killington

There are some superb bars and restaurants scattered throughout Killington. It is best to take the car to get around. The Wobbly Barn has great live music and Angus steaks. The Pickle Barrel Nightclub is the place to be for late night revelry.
