The chalets have access to a sauna, steam room and whirlpool and close to the ski track to Flaine Foret. Chalet Bouquetin and Chalet Ibex are in the much sought after Residence le Refuge du Golf, a small complex of high quality chalets and apartments, just above the Hameau area in Flaine. The Bouquetin and its sister apartment chalet, Chalet Ibex, are run exclusively by the same chalet operator within one separate building, and offer commanding views over the snow bowl of Flaine from the south-facing balconies.
The chalets are conveniently reached by an interior lift and covered walkway from just opposite the main reception area and this is where the ski and boot room is located.
Chalet Bouquetin is run independently with a dedicated host and its own individual entrance, but along with Chalet Ibex is ideal for larger groups who may want to occupy both. The accommodation is built over 4 floors into the mountainside, with many south-facing windows and balconies so the rooms are both light and airy. Each chalet is decorated in a very modern and contemporary style with wooden floors and rugs, comfy sofas and a flat screen TV in the lounge and en suite facilities in all the bedrooms. The view from the lounge balcony is particularly spectacular, looking over the magnificent runs of the Flaine snow bowl all around.
The main reception building within the complex houses a bar-restaurant with panoramic terrace, open in the evenings. There is also a swimming pool and fitness area, free for the use by our guests and a spa area for guests aged 16 and over with sauna, steam room and whirlpool. A ticket for 5 sessions to the spa costs approx €40 and can be purchased locally. Beauty treatments and massages are also available locally at an additional charge
