This is a two bedroom third floor apartment in the popular Ginabelle 2 building, with a south facing balcony boasting roof-level views towards the Mont Blanc Massif.

The kitchen/dining area – has a wooden table and benches to seat 6 and the fully-fitted kitchen has 4 electric hobs, oven, fridge/freezer and dishwasher.
Bedroom 1 – is a double bedroom with large wardrobes and an easterly view along the Chamonix valley.
Bedroom 2 – is a twin bedroom, again with easterly views and benefits from an ensuite with shower cubicle and wash basin.
The family bathroom – has a shower/bath, wash basin, WC and washing machine.
There is storage space in the apartment with a wardrobe in the entrance hall, and wardrobes or sets of drawers in the bedrooms. For ski storage there is a cave in the basement.
There is also overground parking for one vehicle.
