Third Floor:
The lounge/dining area – boasts fine views of the Mont Blanc Massif from the balcony over the river L’Arve. The spacious sitting area has a luxurious L-shaped sofa overlooking the balcony. The sofa can be turned into a sofabed. There is also a TV and DVD together with a stereo system and WIFI access.

The kitchen area – is open-plan and fully equipped with fridge/freezer compartment, built in oven/hob and dishwasher. There is also a separate breakfast bar area and a large glass dining table which comfortably seats six.

Bedroom 1 – is a double bedroom with splendid valley views and has an ensuite shower cubicle and wash basin. There is also a built-in wardrobe.

Bedroom 2 – is a twin with a built-in wardrobe which also has a small balcony with views overlooking the back terrace and the river L'Arve.

The family bathroom - has a bath with shower over, wash basin with cupboards, WC and washer/dryer machine.

There is also a separate WC.

There is plenty of storage space in the apartment, with large wardrobes in the bedrooms and hallway. For ski storage there is a ski locker in the basement
